“1. Improvements – before and after:

I failed all the A Maths tests and exams in Sec 3 and I improved to a B3 for O Sec 4 O levels. I was generally a C6 almost die die student, but through teachings and motivation, I have improved dramatically.

2. Feelings and thoughts:

It is a very warm and relaxed environment where they are many opportunities to learn and improve academically.

3. Teachers.

Teachers are clear and patient and are determined to help students to improve. There is no awkward student and teacher relationship – we are more like a family. Lessons are fun and engaging. We feel comfortable in class, very friendly and relaxed; basically, no pressure.

“Previously, I was not doing very well in my studies. My grades were more or less in the Cs and Bs range. After attending iScore, my O Levels grades improved a lot. For example, I used to score C6 or C5 for Physics but in O I levels, I scored A2. “I felt very honoured to be taught by Adrian on both Maths and Science. His style of teaching is very unique unlike other school teachers or tutors who just teach students blindly based on textbooks. When he teaches, he does not need to refer to textbooks for reference. He knows what is the key thing to take not for each topics that will sure come out for the O levels. Instead of asking students to go home to revise from their school textbooks, he will write down simple important key notes on the board for students easy revision and understanding. The way he teaches is also very easy to understand as he speaks well and knows how to use different simple methods to make students understand. He is very patient to every student especially the weaker ones when it comes to teaching. I indeed benefited a lot from his every tuition classes and workshops for both Math and Science. No other teacher that I met can takeover Adrian’s place as an excellent tutor. He has inspired me of wanting to become a tutor like him next time. I can confirm I have  no regrets for students to join his tuition class.
